How do I know that the bracelets will fit me?
Bracelets are made to a standard size of 18cm which is suitable for most. If you have any concerns, please either contact us through our Socials or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your wrist measurement and we can advise.
Can I order bracelets in a bespoke size?
Yes, most bracelets can be made in bespoke sizes. Simply get in touch through our socials or email your wrist size and requirements so that we can advise on availability and cost, we also accept returns on bespoke pieces too!
Do you post overseas?
Yes, we post worldwide. Please see the postage and packing section for further information.
I want to send a gift to a friend, is this possible?
Yes, simply select the address you would like to Gift to go to at the checkout page.
Do you offer discounts?
We prefer to keep prices affordable for everyone and therefore rarely offer discounts. However make sure to follow us on our social platforms as that is where we will announce any offers or discounts!
The item I’d like is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
Stock on the website is updated daily, so please keep checking. Updates to stock are also posted on social media, so do follow on Instagram and Facebook.
I’ve lost my gift voucher, what should I do?

When will my order Arrive?
Orders are normally expected to arrive within 5-8 days of ordering if you are in the UK, if you are ordering from somewhere else in the world this time may be slightly longer. However, in busy periods (sale time, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas) please allow a little longer.
What should I do if my jewellery hasn’t arrived?
Please only get in contact once the appropriate time has passed, via Socials or email, and we will investigate for you. During busy periods, such as Christmas, parcels can take a little longer.
How do I clean my jewellery?
In general, we recommend storing your jewellery in something airtight when not wearing it and if it needs cleaning, using a silver polishing cloth. These are available to buy in many supermarkets.
My bracelet elastic has got a bit loose over time, can it be restrung?
Yes, bracelets can be restrung for free, if you need to ship the product to us it will only cost you the Shipping fee. Please contact Julia through our Socials or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
